The Mastermind behind Snitch

Lic. Santiago Lamarque is the CEO and principal strategic architect of Snitch Agency. A professional with a comprehensive vision and rigorous execution, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Sciences and Media and Organizational Communication from the Autonomous University of Baja California (UABC) and has a Diploma in Marketing and Digital Strategy from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education, training that supports his analytical and results-oriented approach.

His experience is broad, diverse, and backed by a trajectory in mass media. He has collaborated with high-reach platforms such as Badabun, Yo Amo Tijuana, and Síntesis TV, in addition to serving as an active collaborator for EXA FM 91.7 Tijuana. This journey through media has allowed him to deeply understand audiences, master the language of content, and perfect his ability to communicate impactful messages.

Additionally, Santiago has established himself as a professional trainer in organizational communication, customer service, patient care, and sales, delivering specialized programs for companies, institutions, and operational staff. In parallel, he offers conferences and talks to young people in middle schools, high schools, and universities, focused on personal improvement, human development, and preparation for the realities of personal and professional life; work that reflects his social commitment and his ability to positively influence new generations.

In the business realm, he has worked closely with the region’s medical industry, promoting strategies that strengthen medical tourism in Tijuana and Mexico alongside plastic, aesthetic, and bariatric surgeons. His strategic vision has also extended to the restaurant, industrial, and logistics sectors, where he has participated as a strategic partner in key projects, highlighting his collaboration with Baja Box, one of the most important companies in packaging manufacturing in the region.

As general director of Snitch Agency, Santiago integrates all this experience to design strategies that reveal hidden opportunities, optimize processes, and position brands with clarity, strength, and precision. He is a leader who combines analytical discipline, strategic creativity, and an unwavering conviction to generate real results.
